Interior: Entrance is by large doors into open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen—each area having a separate feel. There is a door from the lounge to the south-facing terrace. Plenty of seating in lounge. Dining area with rustic wood furniture. The kitchen is brand-new for 2017 and is in keeping with the finca style but with a lovely modern feel in a soft grey colour. All modern facilities here. Plenty of cupboard space and lots of cooking utensils—all new. There is an archway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. This property is all on one level with high beamed ceilings throughout, keeping the rooms very cool in the summer.
The WiFi connection is good and TV reception for all international channels is available.
Bedrooms: 2, both with wardrobes, bedside tables and soft wall lighting. One has a double bed, the other is a twin bedded room. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both rooms have mosquito nets.
Wash rooms: Family bathroom with shower over has quality tiles and fashionable fittings. En-suite walk-in shower has been newly installed for this season and boasts a quality power shower with good lighting and new fixtures and fittings. Mosquito nets to both bathrooms.
Outside area: This is most spectacular. There is a very private not overlooked 8 x 4 pool with Roman steps. Again a modern feel as the pool is almost “infinity.” Tile surrounds and plenty of sunbathing terrace. The grounds are mainly left in their natural state but the area that is lived in is tastefully planted in Mediterranean style, offering lots of quiet seating areas in sun or shade plus a shaded hammock area for 2017. There are 2 terraces surrounding the finca: the breakfast/BBQ terrace faces the pool and has views down the garden. the other large dining terrace, covered in a new modern sail, faces the mountains and is a large area. There is parking for plenty of cars away from the road. However the walk to the village is just 5 minutes. Very private, not overlooked: neighbours to the front only.
