Area: The Villa is in Monte Pego - 5 mins drive from the Spanish Village of Pego and 10 mins drive from Denia. The lovely sandy beach of Pego is 7K away with an urbanisation that caters for holiday makers. The villa is close the commercial centre with shops/banks bars/restaurants (including live music).
Villa Overview: Very modern 3 bed, 3 bathroom Villa with outstanding views all the way to the sea. Light airy rooms with very open plan feel. The swimming pool is kidney 8 x 4 with a sun terrace that overlooks the orange groves and rice fields - the views are amazing and so relaxing. A car is essential at this Villa. All one level - no steps. Fully Air Conditioned. Luxury spec with leather furniture and electric adjustable beds.
Living room / Dining room: Villa is approached by front door directly into lounge - which is open plan - through to dining room on to open plan breakfast bar kitchen.
TV with Digi Box – and the DVD is provided. The leather sofa doubles as a sofa bed for extra guests. This Villa could easily sleep 8.
Kitchen: Open Plan with a HUGE American fridge - washing machine/dishwasher.
Electric hob and oven – microwave- very well equipped.Large breakfast bar seperates from lounge and dining area.
Bedrooms: 3 large bedrooms.Upstairs is master bedroom with large double bed - en-suite shower room with large window that opens onto small balcony.
Downstairs are 2 twin bedded rooms the 1st with en-suite and bath the 2nd with en-suite.
Both have electric beds - that adjust for reading. Fully Air Conditioned.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms The 1st is one shower room downstairs then 1 full bathroom room. Upstairs 1 shower room en-suite with a twin bedroom and a further en-suite shower room.
Outside Area: Small garden area - off road parking for one car- as this site is very elevated - the whole plot is Villa and pool terrace. There is an outside gas BBQ table chairs and sun loungers.
