Villa Overview: Private 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with all the facilities for a quiet relaxing holiday- with lovely pool and sun terraces- BBQ area-new kitchen- new bathrooms- tastefully furnished. Off road parking fully, The whole villa is air conditioned which can also be used as central heating units for the winter lets. Note this villa has steps to front living area then the villa is on two levels. Not suitable for elderley /infirm.
Living room / Dining room: This villa has just been refurbished totally the lounge is very large with panoramic views of the area, beautifully furnished with leather sofas and wood units. TV and music centre installed. Patio doors lead from the lounge outside onto a private terrace.
Kitchen: Modern well equipt kitchen with stainless steel fridge freezer, dishwasher and hob. Lovely wood units. kitchen lead to dinning area.
Bedrooms: Master double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and air con, off main bedroom is a very spacious en-suit bathroom with shower/wet room and a cupboard housing washing machine.There is a large outside terrace which has outstanding views to the sea and golf course. The second bedroom has a double bed with views to the sea- the third bedroom has twin beds and mountain views. all with A/C
Bathrooms: Three bathrooms all with luxury shower units- all rooms are very spacious- the showers are all powerd with jets etc- in fab large walk in units. In the family bathroom is a seperate bath- with jets.
Outside Area: 8 X 4 kidney shape pool nice terracing with veiw over the montgo and golf course. , BBQ terrace area private and not over looked.You can walk around this property and have areas that look to sea- or at the back to the wooded natural areas- you are very private and at no place overlooked. off road car parking space and road parking available.
